NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT PROPOSAL FOR LANDSCAPING AND SCREENING (CZC 12.51)

Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10^th, 2025, at 7:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding proposed Zone Code Amendment to various sections of CZC 12.51 Landscaping and Screening, concerning proposed amendments for water conservation practices and other associated landscaping standards proposed amendments.  If you have questions regarding this matter or would like further information, please contact Centerville City Community Development, at 801.292.8232 or visit the City’s website at https://centervilleutah.gov.
