Pavilion & Facility Rentals

Pavilion Rentals: are done on a first-come first-served basis. Pavilions may be reserved for dates between April 15th and October 15th for any day except Sundays and Holidays. Reservations are taken up to year in advance via our online pavilion rentals.

Field Rentals: All field reservations must go through the Community Services Manger and are required to be done at least 48 hours in advanced of reservation date.

City Hall Rentals: All city hall rentals must go through the City Recorder and are required to be done at least 48 hours in advanced of reservation date.

Park Hours: All parks may be used between the hours of 7 AM - 10 PM

Restrooms: Available at all parks April 15th-October 15th

Winterization: Park restrooms and water fountains are closed and winterized from October 15th-April 15th

All Developed Parks Have the Following Amenities: open space, barbecue grills, drinking fountains, electricity, Wi-Fi access in the pavilions, lighted pavilions, and picnic tables (does not include the Lee Skabelund Memorial Nature Park)

Reservation Addendum Note: Any reservation that meets any of the below conditions must be pre-approved before any reservation takes place:

You need additional assistance from the city for your event.
Your event exceeds the pavilion capacity.
Your event is longer than 5 hours.
You expect 500 or more guests.
You will use open space outside of the pavilion for things like booths, stages, inflatables (bouncy toys), etc.
