What if my can was missed on pickup day?
If your container was not emptied on your regularly scheduled pick-up day, call 800-724-9995
New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day could affect your pick-up day. If your pick-up falls on or after the holiday, your pick-up will be delayed by one day for that week only.

Your Centerville City garbage container is only for household and yard trash (limbs cut in 2 ft. lengths). Construction materials and hazardous waste are not allowed.
Do not overfill your bins or place extra bags or items next to them. For safety reasons, our drivers can't leave their trucks to pick up spilled garbage or items on the side.
What time should I put my garbage can out?
Garbage and recycling containers must not be set out on the street for collection the day before collection and must be set out before 6:00 AM on collection day.

Wasatch Integrated operates the Davis Landfill in Layton, Utah, which has provided secure destruction for many years, primarily offering an option to customers requesting secure disposal but unable to find a cost effective option. Our services include destruction of sensitive materials, such as documents, proprietary items, police evidence, DEA Controlled Substances and “Take Back Program” Pharmaceuticals. Landfilling is an effective and legally acceptable disposal method for controlled and non-controlled substances.
The Federal Register, Volume 79, Number 174, Part 1317.90 Subpart C, states that, “All controlled substances to be destroyed … shall be destroyed in compliance with applicable Federal, State, tribal, and local laws and regulations and shall be rendered non-retrievable”.
Disposal at Wasatch’s Davis Landfill, which includes mixing, compacting, covering, and burial, renders the waste non-retrievable.
Wasatch’s goal is to provide secure landfill disposal to customers with assurance of destruction. Customers may witness disposal and take photos. Customers also have the option to receive a Certificates of Destruction.
