- Online: The easiest way to pay your Draper City utility bill is through the online bill payment option, Xpress Bill Pay for Utilities. This method of payment will save you time and give you more payment flexibility. You will need to know your Draper City utility account number and have a valid email address.
Sign up for Xpress Bill Pay:- Go to Xpress Bill Pay and register for your online account.
- Select the “GO” button below the "Start Paying Bills Now" to setup a new account. If you’ve already signed up with Xpress Bill Pay, you can log in with your email address and password.
- Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need a valid email address to create an account. Once you’ve submitted your information, you will receive a default password by email.
- Go back to Xpress Bill Pay and log in using your email address and password. The “Add eBills” page appears. Follow the instructions on the screens to add us to your Xpress Bill Pay account. Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to go online at any time to view and or pay your utility bill.
Instructions for first time users
- Drop Box: Located outside Centerville City Hall in the southeast corner of the parking lot. The drop box is collected every weekday morning by 8:30 am, with the exception of holidays. Cash payments or delinquent payments should not be placed in the drop box. Include your utility account number or service address with the payment.

- Mail: Ensure that the utility account number is written on the check or money order. Check or money order should be made payable to Centerville City and mailed to, 250 N Main Street, Centerville, UT 84014
