NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION PLAT AMENDMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding a proposed Condominium Subdivision Plat 2^nd Amendment for commercial property located at approximately 1360 West Legacy Lane, known as Tumbleweed Condominiums, on parcel numbers 06-377-0203, 06-255-0001, 06-255-0002, 06-377-0100, 06-377-0101, 06-377-0102, 06-377-0200, 06-377-0201, 06-377-0202, 06-255-0004, 06-255-0003.
