NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – SITE PLAN AMENDMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding a proposed Site Plan Amendment in conjunction with a Landscaping Waiver Of Strict Compliance for the commercial property located at approximately 1265 West 1275 North, known as parcel number 06-003-0056.  If you have questions regarding this matter or would like further information, contact Centerville City Community Development at 801.292.8232
