NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT PROPOSAL FOR LANDSCAPING AND SCREENING (CZC 12.51) and PARKSTRIPS (CMC 11.02)
Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026, at 7:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding proposed Zone Code Amendment to various sections of CZC 12.51 Landscaping and Screening, concerning proposed amendments for water conservation practices and other associated landscaping standards proposed amendments; and CMC 11.02 Parkstrips, regarding associated amendments to parkstrips language resulting from updated landscaping proposed amendments.
